- Comments that are completely off topic and unnecessarily repetitive. Council reserves the right in its absolute discretion to permanently block any user for breaches to this policy. This page will be monitored during business hours (8am – 4:30pm AEST), Monday to Friday - excluding public holidays. Message requests from Facebook are not considered formal correspondence.
