We’re now in full swing preparing for the season opener of the Shifty Fifty series in Woodend!

With just over a month to go, now’s the time to lock in your entry and save.

This season promises five incredible rounds, including the much-anticipated return to Buxton.

We’re shaking things up with the new Hux at Bux format—now featuring six stages and five hours to set your fastest times.

The Surf Coast Classic and Castlemaine Classic are back, bringing their signature thrills before we take a short winter break. Then, we’ll cap off the season in style with the Series Finale at the fast-flowing Blores Hill venue.

As always, eMTBs are welcome, and you don’t need an AusCycling membership to race or ride in any of our events.

Don’t miss out—get your entry in today!

Shifty Fifty Series - 50km only MTB Events

The Shifty 50 Series is a mass participation Victorian Mountain Bike event series with only 50km course options. YES ONLY 50KM’S

Each event will be hosted in a different location and by different event hosts offering a variety of courses in terrain, climbing, technical sections and landscape.

50km’s is a great distance, go for broke and if you blow up, shouldn’t be too far to the finish. Or plug away and achieve the rewarding feeling of finishing such an event. Training doesn’t need to be too extreme to achieve 50kms and you can try to improve on you skill and fitness through the series.
