-Only 100 spots available, once we are full we will have a back up list for drivers that drop out.

-Once you submit your form you will then have the payment form sent to your email that has been entered on the form, you will have 24 hours to complete the payment before the entry is forfeited to the next person on the backup list

-Once forms and payments confirmed you will receive a email with your entry pack within 5 to 10 working days

-No hard copies will be done all limited to online.
(no entries will be done at Signs On Para for this event)

-If we are full there will be a backup list form available, the sooner you are on that the higher you will be if and when spots open up.

The day will run under AASA insurance and will use the S.A Burnouts Green book for scrutineering - If you don't have one they will be available on the day from the Head scrutineer for $5

NO SPECTATOR access into the Burnout Pit.

Kids 12 - 13 are able to get a special pit pass at no cost but must have a parent or legal guardian sign their waiver at the sign in box
NO WRISTBAND NO ENTRY!!!!
STRICTLY No alcohol or drugs in the pits.

We will have a fire at the clubroom for everyone to enjoy - No other fires at campsites.
Campers are to setup in the camping area located behind the clubroom, see signs on the day for camping area
Bar will be open late Saturday night with cheap drinks so feel free to kick back and enjoy the night with us
𝗡𝗢 𝗚𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗡𝗢 𝗕𝗬𝗢- Please respect the clubs insurance and leave your glass alcohol bottles at home. if seen with Glass you will be asked to leave the premises!

Licenced SECURITY will be present at the venue and checking eskys and cars upon entry
