Indigenous wild food and cultural festival is proud to announce “Say true god”

Say True God is a Mandandanji and Waanyi North-Brisbane based hip-hop artist known for powerful lyricism, soulful production and honest storytelling rooted in culture and community. Blending classic hip-hop influences with modern sounds, his music explores themes of resilience, identity, and lived experience.
Proud of his Tongan, Aboriginal, and Māori heritage, he uses his platform to uplift voices and create space for meaningful conversations. With viral releases, national tours, and growing global reach, Say True God? is the 2026 winner of the Hip-Hop Artist for the Qld Music Award. His work continues to emerge as one of Australia’s most compelling hip-hop voices.
