Over the years, many of you have asked me when I’d offer a more in-depth training and mentorship pathway for students already committed to practice.
So here it is.
In 2026, I’ll be offering a small and highly personalised 12-month, 350-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and mentorship for students wanting to deepen their understanding of yoga - not just learn how to teach postures, but to truly live and embody the practice.
This training is for those who already have an established practice and feel ready for the next step. Some of you may want to teach. Others may simply want to immerse yourself more deeply in yoga, philosophy, pranayama, meditation, subtle energy and self-study.
Both are welcome. 🙏🏻
We’ll explore traditional yoga in a grounded and modern way - balancing philosophy with practical application, personal practice with teaching skills, and ancient wisdom with the reality of modern life.
The training includes:
🌿 Yoga philosophy and traditional teachings
🌿 Anatomy, energetic systems and nervous system awareness
🌿 Breathwork, meditation and subtle practices
🌿 Sequencing, language and teaching methodology
🌿 Personal practice and self-enquiry
🌿 Professional training and Yoga Australia certification
And one of the most special parts…
🌴 We’ll spend 10 days together in Fiji for our residential immersion - practicing, learning, resting, connecting and stepping away from daily life long enough to really absorb the experience.
This is a very small group mentorship with only ✨️ 4 spaces available ✨️ so that the training remains personal, supported and spacious.
This training reflects everything I’ve spent decades studying, practicing and teaching. It’s comprehensive, practical, traditional and is a reflection of my teachers teachings 😊
