Females 75% BW
5k run

Males 75% BW
Females 50% BW
3k run
Masters 50+
M & F: 50% BW & 3k run
At go, athletes will begin a MAX REPS set of bench press. Athletes must make contact with the chest. Reps are complete when the athlete either racks the bar or fails a rep.
Once reps are complete, athletes will make their way out onto the run course to complete their run.
Time ends when the athlete finishes their course.
Every rep completed = 10 seconds off your run time
