QIGONG tomorrow morning 10-11am with Konrad at Tanamon Gallery…join our growing group…same time every Thursday rain, hail or shine.

Qigong means ‘energy cultivation’ or ‘working with life energy’ and is practiced to improve physical, mental & spiritual health by balancing the body’s vital life force, qi.

In traditional Chinese Medicine pain and illness are seen as blockages or imbalances in the flow of energy through the body’s channels (meridians). It is a powerful self healing practice.

It was one of our busiest markets on Sat:) the rain gave us a break and it was a beautiful day out…thankyou everyone who supports our market and to all the stallholders, food vendors & buskers who make the market what it is growing to be…it was great to have Clarence Valley Organics with delicious local seasonal produce & Self Healing offering Craniosacral sessions and Marcia’s miniature goats all for the first time, we are looking forward to having them back plus Swagmans Old Wares at the Spring market…

Clarence Youth Battle of the Bands 2026…

After needing to add an extra sponsor…
We are excited to be able put on this competition event to create a platform for school aged musicians…to motivate, inspire, support and nurture youth musical creativity…The crew at Tanamon Gallery have come together over the last 2mnths with local community members and our very important sponsors at Live Prawn Productions/Yamba River Markets, Yoohoo McPhee Print & Design, Clarence Valley Independant & FM 103.1 Loving Life to make this happen.

Bands have 4mnths to send in 2 phone videos to be chosen by judges for the final event.
