Lots of juicy stuff available at the mo! Come by the markets on the weekend and have a try. We got the Hot Habanero Mustard, not blow ya head off hot, just hot hot. We got generous jars of the Cowboy Candy candied jalapeno slices and we also have a few jars of our sour dill pickles. All of the above mentioned are perfect on a cheese board. We have the chilli infused sea salt too and that comes in burn your face off hot but the lesser hot habanero salt is also available. Both delicious and perfect to heat up your eggs, hot chips, meat, pizza etc or add it to your own rubs. Wherever you want chilli and salt. BOOM 🔥

Red death refill pouches now available. Made using the Carolina reaper chilli, this is no ordinary “chilli salt”.
We don’t just combine dried flakes or powder with salt, we infuse fresh chilli into the sea salt crystals. Every grind of this on your food is a party! Don’t be lulled into thinking this is fun tho. I call it Red Death for a reason. You definitely need some sort of breathing apparatus😂

New limited edition Sweet Jalapeno hot sauce!!!
I made this absolutely beautiful sauce a couple months back as a tester. I really wasn’t sure how it’d go over but all feedback was totally positive so here it is, for now, Sweet Jalapeno Hotsauce. It’s super thick and super sweet, featuring loads and loads of jalapeno, bit of pineapple, apple cider vinegar, sugar and spices. This on a hot chicken roll🤌🏼 or a ham n cheese sanga or toastie🤌🏼or a piece of grilled fish with hot chips🤌🏼 YUM!!!!
I’ll put some up on the website and it’ll be available from my weekend market stall.
