Blue Full Moon in Sagittarius- The Wisdom You Seek is Already Within, Inspiration + Fortitude, Playing the Long Game

On May 30th/31st, we have the uber inspirational and hopeful Full Moon in Sagittarius at 9 degrees. Full Moon energy is always highly emotional and juicy in nature. They represent endings, completions and culmination. Sagittarius the 9th zodiac sign is known to be philosophical, wise, daring and a seeker of the truth.

This is the second full moon of the month otherwise known as a Blue Moon. This happens when we have 2 full moons within a 29 day period. Gemini season begins today as the Sun leaves the grounded, fertile fields of Ta**us and enters the quicksilver skies of Gemini. After weeks of focus on the body, the senses, our resources & the tangible realities of life, the atmosphere begins to shift. The energy becomes lighter, faster, more curious. Movement returns, conversations multiply, ideas spark unexpectedly & the world starts speaking in symbols, patterns, invitations & information.

Gemini is mutable air. It wants to connect, exchange, observe, learn, teach, wander, question & gather. This is the season of open tabs, unexpected conversations, books stacked beside the bed, voice notes sent at midnight, changing plans & minds moving faster than schedules can contain. And now with Uranus newly in Gemini for the first time in over 80 years, this particular Gemini season feels especially electric. The nervous system may notice it first. Restlessness. Inspiration. Tomorrow’s New Moon in Ta**us arrives after an incredibly potent build-up of transits concentrated in the 3rd Decan of Ta**us, a Saturn ruled portion of the sign associated with patience, cultivation, maturity, endurance & the slow process of building something meaningful over time.

This entire week has carried a noticeable tonal shift. Mercury moved through a Cazimi with the Sun, bringing moments of clarity, insight, realization, important conversations & mental reorganization. Ceres has also been woven into this lunation, emphasizing themes of nourishment, care, grief, motherhood, sustenance, the body & our relationship with what truly feeds us emotionally, physically & spiritually. All of that energy now folds directly into this New Moon.

After months of collective fire, acceleration, uncertainty & nervous system overload, this Ta**us lunation feels like an invitation to return to the ground again. To slow down enough to hear ourselves think. To reconnect with the body, the breath, our values, our resources & the parts of life that are actually sustainable long term.
