Corrosion resistance starts with choosing the right material.
The Water Corporation required a custom sink, bench top and cabinet for a seawater and brine sample room. With constant moisture, salt-laden air and corrosive substances present, conventional materials could deteriorate quickly.
Fusion fabricated the complete unit from PVC. It does not rust, resists many salts, acids and alkalis, and provides a smooth surface that is easy to clean and maintain.

Fusion has delivered a replacement sewage storage tank for the sail-training vessel STS Leeuwin II. The new tank replaces the existing unit and supports the vessel’s restoration program.

The design included:
- Wall thickness increased from 15 mm to 30 mm under DVS 2205 standards
- Designed for a 25-year service life
- Includes an internal baffle, stainless steel flanges, and inspection access
