It's only fitting, that we as a food and wine festival screen Ratatouille 🐀

Oh yes, the one with Remy, the rat. The “anyone can cook” guy. Paris. scenes you still think about randomly at 2am.

The Leederville hotel will be showing this cult food classic with bar-side drinks and small nibbles, because watching a tiny rat run a fine dining kitchen just feels right with a glass of wine in hand.

Maybe it’s a comfort watch, maybe it’s a masterpiece, *maybe* it’s just core memory cinema… either way, we’re running it back.

Leeuwin Estate’s celebrated Art Series collection arrives at The Garden for a five-course pairing dinner shaped around seasonal cooking and thoughtful winemaking.

Founded in 1973 and still family-owned, the Margaret River estate is internationally recognised for wines of precision and longevity, including its Art Series Chardonnay, classified “1st Classified” within Langton’s Classification.

Each course has been paired to reflect the balance, structure, and regional expression found throughout the collection.

NOM NOM Festival is bringing the laughs this season.

Across July and August, The Red Room will host a rotating lineup of performances ranging from quick-witted improv and late-night comedy sets to wildly unhinged spy parodies, all designed for people who enjoy a drink in hand and a slightly unpredictable night out. You may recognise a few familiar faces from past Fringe Festival lineups, now taking over Leederville for the season.

One moment it’s a perfectly timed punchline, the next it’s a room full of strangers crying laughing over something that’s completely gone off-script. Add a cocktail or two and things only get better from there.

Dinner beforehand is encouraged. Staying longer than planned is highly likely.
