Saturday night was fright night at WA Made kicking off with our Left of Centre showcase featuring 10 short films, including 6 world premieres.

Two feature films celebrated their world premieres on Saturday afternoon - Christopher Mark Petersโ€™ Wreckage and Jaron Herrenโ€™s The Mustangs.

Wreckage follows sheltered teenager, Quinn (Tiahna McBride), who escapes her overprotective mother by running away with an older man, only to find herself trapped in another controlling relationship. Now, she must summon the courage to break free and take control of her life.

The Mustangs is an observational documentary following the Mandurah Mustangs All Abilities AFL team. What began as a dream of inclusion has grown into a powerful movement, proving that football is for everyone.
