KMAT’s captivating presence and vibrant energy on stage, has made her a notable DJ/producer, within the highly competitive amapiano scene. Born Koketso Mathabathe in the vibrant township of Soshanguve, Pretoria. She grew up surrounded by music and was a choir member for most of her schooling years.

That admiration for choral, led her to find her true passion behind the decks. KMAT commenced her professional career in 2020 and has consistently grown since.
