The course consists of both a 15km loop and a 20km starting at the same point. Starting at 7am, riders and runners can choose to travel either just one loop, or a combination of both loops until just before 1pm (i.e. 1x15km, 1x20km, 2x15km=30km, 2x20km=40km, 15km+20km=35km, etc).

The entry fee of $60 includes an egg & bacon roll🥚🥓🍞 and a participation medallion🏅, and proceeds will be supporting Dr Andrew Gardner's Sports Concussion Research operating through HMRI, see information about the research here: https://hmri.org.au/researchers/andrew-gardner

Additional food, drinks and zero beer will be available from the Rutherford Telarah Rotary Van............... and fantastic coffee will be available from Maitland's fantastic BIKESMITH & ESPRESSO BAR☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️
