Join us on Saturday 23 May at 7:00 am at Parramatta Square for a free 10km training run on the race course, open to everyone

On the day you will also find shoe wear tests from Pace Athletic, nutrition samples from PURE, physio consultations from Core Active Health, pickleball with Active Parramatta, and nurse-led heart health screenings from Heartbeat of Sport
