Parkes Elvis Festival 6 - 10 January 2027, Parkes NSW The Parkes Elvis Festival is held every year in the second week in January, coinciding with Elvis Presley’s birthday.

The Festival will be celebrating its 31st anniversary from 10-14 January 2024. The Festival continues to grow with more than 200 events across five fabulous, fun-filled days. Officially endorsed by the estate of Elvis Presley, Elvis Presley Enterprises Inc. in Memphis, Parkes Elvis Festival hosts a number of live entertainment including the official Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest (the winner representing Australia in Memphis, USA), Feature concert series starring a special guest artist, Northparkes Mines street parade, renewal of vows ceremony, the Goodsell Machinery Miss Priscilla Dinner, and many free live concerts, competitions and prizes. Recognised as one of the top three Festivals and Events in Australia, the Festival attracts more than 24,000 fans, both nationally and internationally, having a global media reach of 479 million. Parkes has a population of 12,000 and is located 365 kilometres west of Sydney.

The remaining Temporary camping sites for the 2027 Parkes Elvis Festival officially go on sale tomorrow at 10:00am, and we're excited to announce a new camping location to help meet demand!

Northparkes Oval
• Five-minute walk to the CBD
• Located close to our Premier Concert featuring Dean Z
• Festival Shuttle Bus available
• Dogs permitted
• All sites are unpowered
• Sites range from $35 to $50 per night (pricing varies by location)

Due to strong demand, we're excited to announce additional camping sites at Keast Park (West), located on the west side of Keast Park next to Parkes Services Railway Bowling Club.

These new sites are proudly managed by the Parkes & District Cricket Association, helping provide even more accommodation options for Festival visitors.

'71 Australia: The Concert That Should Have Been imagines the show Australian fans never got to see, recreating a 1971 Elvis concert as if the King had brought his iconic Las Vegas spectacular Down Under.

Starring internationally acclaimed Elvis tribute artist Ted Torres Martin, this unique concert features the songs that were charting in Australia in 1971, alongside many of Elvis' greatest hits and beloved 1970s classics.

A celebration of the tour that never happened, brought to life with the energy, style and excitement of Elvis at the height of his career.
