Meet the Banksia Team - Georgia Lewis-Minogue

Georgia is the Wedding and Events Coordinator at Banksia and one of the creative forces behind Banksia and UBs social media presence. With more than a decade of experience across the weddings and events industry, she has worked in a wide range of service‑driven roles, giving her a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver seamless, memorable celebrations.
Known for her creativity, vibrant energy and love of bringing people together, Georgia thrives in the fast pace of events. Whether she’s coordinating a wedding, curating content, or helping plan a special couples memorable day, her passion lies in crafting experiences that feel personal, thoughtful and executed.

Meet The Team - Sarah Crowley

Sarah Crowley is a hospitality leader and General Manager of Sienna Hospitality, home to The Union Bank and Banksia Orange. Since 2019, she has played a key role in shaping both venues into two of the region’s most loved food, wine and events destinations, celebrated for their connection to local producers, heritage spaces and community.
With experience spanning venue operations, people leadership, events, marketing and large-scale projects, Sarah is hands-on across every layer of the business and thrives in the chaos.
At the heart of her work is bringing people together, whether for a long lunch, a wedding, or a quiet afternoon in the courtyard with a great glass of local wine.

Holly Whitaker is the venue, events and sales manager at Banksia Orange. With more than 30 years experience in event management, she has dedicated the past 24 years to creating amazing events in Orange including the Orange Farmers Market, New Years Eve fireworks, Australia Day celebrations, and Orange Open Air cinema experiences. Now at Banksia, her passion is developing events that enhance the economic vigour of the region, such as the Orange Wedding Showcase, and encouraging national and state-wide organisations to hold conferences and summits in Orange.
