This year the Nowra Show will introduce a new and exciting destination for youth of all ages – The Zone. The Zone will feature the best activities, events and showcases to keep you amused and inspired for the two days of the show. Come along to see Constable Charlie the Penguin, Tapstar and more informative and fun stalls, or learn to dance with Amy Evison and her Danceworks team on Friday. On Fri

day afternoon you can sample the best sausages of the region and vote for your favourite to win! There will be an array of activities happening in the hall throughout the day, from painting the Show cow, to building your very own mini billy cart and racing it our mini billy cart derby! Friday will be topped off in the evening with an Open competition where you can strut your stuff on the dancefloor, belt out your best note, or bring any form of creativity to the stage. Join us on Saturday for more fun with more painting, racing and creating in and outside of the hall. Come down and meet celebrity dancer Michael Boyd for the lunch with the stars, and meet the best mascots from the region to share with you some great information and great fun. The afternoon will bring more sausages, a graffiti art competition and more! And before you go to see the 2014 Nowra Show Fireworks display, why not try your hand in the Band Battle competition from 6pm. We can’t wait to introduce the best Zone for all ages to explore their creativity and enjoy all things country for our Summer in the Country inspired Show for 2014. See you there!

Last weekend the upcoming NSW Young Judges and Paraders gathered in Dubbo for an intensive workshop to get to know each other and refine their oral and visual skills for the 2022 ASA
