Big news // Zibros, Noosa Junction’s beloved Italian eatery run by brothers Dario and Alessio Zichichi, has taken over one of Noosa’s most iconic waterfront addresses.

What started as a small Italian spot known for familiar faces, authentic plates and long Sicilian lunches has grown into something bigger. Noosa Waterfront Restaurant is the next chapter.
In the brothers’ words: they wanted to show diners how Italians really do it. Noosa Waterfront reminded them of the waterfront venues back home in Italy, right on the water, full of sunlight, with a garden made for long lunches, good company, and dancing on the grass after the meal.

After months of planning, dreaming, and tastings, the doors are officially open.

On June 17-20, 2027 the 22nd annual Noosa Food & Wine Festival will return with a four-day celebration of food, wine and coastal lifestyle.
We are now inviting Expressions of Interest for key partnership opportunities across all three programs, including new events:

This year, the Noosa Food & Wine Festival returned to its original name and ushered in an exciting new chapter.

A reimagined program delivered world-class dining, intimate Signature Events, sun-soaked beachfront celebrations and a buzzing Festival Village in Noosa Woods, bringing together Australia’s best chefs, producers and food lovers for one unforgettable weekend.

Now, we’re looking ahead to 2027 and it’s time to save the date: 17 - 20 June 2027.

One of the many standout moments from an unforgettable weekend.

The Main Stage welcomed the ever-entertaining Gino D’Acampo, who had the Festival Village smiling from start to finish. Equal parts hilarious and inspiring, Gino brought his signature charm, passion for food and effortless storytelling to a crowd that loved every minute.

Thanks for joining us on the Main Stage, Gino. It was a pleasure to have you as part of this year’s festival!

Two weeks ago now, Alessandro Pavoni and Cibaria Head Chef Lucas Bach took to the main stage, sharing their passion for authentic Italian cooking with a packed crowd.

Following the opening of Cibaria Noosa on Hastings Street late last year, Pavoni and his team have quickly made their mark on Noosa’s dining scene. Their live demonstration celebrated the beauty of simple ingredients, refined technique and the joy of bringing people together through food.
