Nimbin School of Arts busy Spring program of events continues this weekend with a Sunday afternoon recital of fine music. Virtuoso pianist Stephanie Hamlet will be featuring works by four composers including Robert Schumann's Kreisleriana Op 16 which the composer dedicated to Chopin, and is largely viewed as autobiographical. This is a special fine music event, not to be missed. Recital starts at at 2pm, tickets $20 at Perceptio Bookshop or at the door. The recital will be followed afternoon tea

The newly renovated Perceptio Bookshop at Nimbin School of Arts is back in operation handling ticket sales for upcoming events. There are still some previously reserved seats available for the Blue Moon Cabaret on Sat 23 Aug, including an 8 seat table. The cabarets are absolutely essential fundraisers for Nimbin Hall, and great shows as well, Perceptio (ph 66891766) also has tickets for the Classical Piano Recital at 2pm on Sun 31 Aug, with virtuoso Stephanie Hamlet performing works by Schumann, Schubert, Shostakovich and Scriabin. Tickets $20. This is a concert not to be missed...and Perceptio also has rego forms for the annual Spring Arts Exhibition opening on Sat 27 Sept
