Today was all about our amazing beginners and new players in band programs. They are simply the best. Without these wonderfully excited little humans our grown up bands and musicians would not be here.
Brilliant little seeds growing for an ever bright future.

Wow what a smashing start to Day One of Bandfest.
So many excited talented musicians.
Congratulations to all the bands who played today.
Well done band conductors, band teachers and all the support crews and roadies who assisted each ensemble getting to and from the venue and on and off the stage.
