From Friday lunch 9th April to Sunday dinner on the 11th April over 30 Pubs, clubs, restaurants and takeaways in the area will be putting on their best, most creative and impressive seafood dishes to wow your taste buds. They will all be vying for your endorsement as the best Seafood dish in the region. Try a dish at a participating venue, vote and you will go into the draw for a Five Star Seafood experience weekend in Sydney. The highlight of the weekend will be the Seafood Co-Op open days on Saturday 10th and 11th April. Walk the marina, meet the fisherman and view their boats, tour the back of house to see how they prepare the seafood, and of course buy some great seafood to enjoy with a picnic along the foreshore.
