Merewether Beach comes alive for the weekend of March 19th and 20th to raise funds for The Red Cross Victorian Flood Appeal. As well as the exciting finals of Burton Toyota Surfest Newcastle, Newcastle will host it's first ever Bodypainting Festival. Featuring a celebrity and professional bodypainting competition, live music and performances, markets, food, vehicle displays, a graffiti demonstration, live art and much more. The event is 100% family friendly with entertainment for all ages. Better still, it is completely FREE to come and check out.
