zz, there will be something for everyone. Featuring Australia’s premier jazz band, Galapagos Duck, come and enjoy over 9 hours of jazz! Ticket numbers are limited, so make sure you book early to ensure your spot. Our Story

Nambour Winter Jazz Fest Tucked away in the centre of the Sunshine Coast, Nambour’s boutique jazz festival will be held on the 19th-21st July at C-Square, Nambour RSL Club, Flame Tree Church and other locations around Nambour Combining the wonderful sounds of quality jazz with fine wines, good food and an intimate setting; the Nambour Winter Jazz Fest is a boutique event, small, elegant and sophisticated, offering only the best in entertainment. From swing to latin to funk to gypsy jazz, there will be something for everyone. Featuring one of Australia’s most highly respected singers, Emma Pask, this will be a day of quality music. Come and immerse yourself in a weekend of jazz!

The program includes:

Friday 19th July

7:00pm - Jazz in the Lounge - come along to the Lounge Bar in Nambour RSL Club for some great jazz

Saturday 20th July 9:30am - 11:00am - Workshops - opportunity for young and experienced musicians to learn jazz techniques and skills from some of the top musicians in the industry.

12:00pm - 6:00pm - Jazz Walk - Jazz takes over C-Square, Nambour as we present 15 groups in 4 venues all for a single ticket price. This afternoon event brings together all styles of jazz and a New Orleans atmosphere with listeners pouring from venue to venue making this a truly one-of-a-kind event.

12:00pm - 6:00pm - Courtyard Celebration - The C-Square courtyard becomes a place to mingle, eat, listen and dance as patrons can buy food from the market stalls, get a drink at the bar, enjoy free entertainment on the outdoor stage (featuring local community and student groups) and enjoy a display from the swing dancers

6:00pm – The Supper Club - Nambour Winter Jazz Fest presents the incredible Emma Pask to be our headline act for 2019! Book in to enjoy a 2 course dinner and intimate show with the incredible Emma Pask and band at the Nambour RSL Club.

Sunday 21st July

10:00am - 12:30pm - Jazz Brunch - Enjoy a leisurely brunch at Nambour RSL while you relax with some cool jazz.

2:00pm - 4:00pm - Gospel Jazz Concert - This will be an afternoon to clap your hands and tap your feet as you’re taken on a journey of beauty, depth, energy and joy. Don’t miss the Nambour Winter Jazz Fest’s first Gospel Jazz concert.
