🎉 CASE DISMISSED!

Today, after months of fighting a $6,000 penalty, the Court dismissed all charges against me and there is no fine.

The Magistrate commented that it seemed unfair that the Club's penalty had been cancelled while mine had not, and said:

“I would've thought these sort of events would be good for the community.”

That's exactly what I've been saying.

This was a small, one-off community car boot swap meet involving just 13 local families. I genuinely believed the event had been cleared to proceed, and I have spent months standing up for myself and trying to clarify what happened.

Today, I'm incredibly relieved, incredibly grateful for everyone who supported me, and very proud that I didn't give up.

Community events matter. Local people matter. And sometimes, you just have to stand your ground. ❤️

Thank you to every person who supported me, shared the story, signed the petition, donated, sent messages, gave me advice or simply told me to keep going.

WE DID IT. 🥳
