MEET OUR 2026 BEEF CATTLE JUDGE!

We’re excited to announce that Henry Cartledge of Lancaster Simmentals and Angus will be joining us as the Beef Cattle Judge at the 2026 Murray Bridge Show!

With his experience in the beef industry, Henry will have the important job of casting his eye over this year’s entries and selecting the best of the best.🏆

We can’t wait to see the quality of cattle coming through the yards this year!

RV PARK CLOSURE NOTICE

A quick heads-up for all our RV Park visitors and travellers!

The Murray Bridge Showgrounds RV Park will be closed from Sunday 20 September to Sunday 27 September 2026 inclusive while we get the showgrounds ready for the Murray Bridge Show on Saturday 26 September.

Our team will be busy setting up, preparing and transforming the grounds for a huge day of family fun, entertainment, food, rides, competitions and more! And then busily packing it all away when it’s all done.

The RV Park will reopen from Monday 28.

Thanks for your understanding and if you’re in town for the show, we’d love to see you there!

Why did the chicken cross the road? 🐓🐓
To let us know they won’t be attending the 2026 Murray Bridge Show.

Due to the current H5 bird flu situation in South Australia, poultry and egg entries, along with bird entries in the Pet Section, will not be going ahead at this year’s Show.

It’s not a decision we’ve taken lightly, but safety comes first when it comes to our exhibitors, animals and local poultry community.

We know our poultry and bird exhibitors will be flock-ing disappointed, and we’ll certainly miss having our feathered friends strutting their stuff at the Show 🦚

But don’t worry, there’s still plenty of egg-cellent sections to enter and enjoy at this year’s Show!

Thanks for understanding, and remember, we’re not chickening out on the rest of the fun! 🐣
