From planning and set-up to ex*****on and pack-down, volunteers truly are the lifeblood of community events like Outback Bloom. 💐

Pictured here are just a few of the many wonderful faces behind this year’s event. Of course, some of our hardest-working volunteers — particularly the behind-the-scenes set-up and pack-down crew — managed to escape photo capture, but I did manage to catch a few!

From those who have been involved in the inception of the Mullewa Wildflower Show, to those who help create the incredible displays; from the people who quietly (and sometimes not so quietly 😉) show up year after year to play small and not-so-small, but always vital, roles; to those who have only recently come on board — it is truly amazing to see everyone come together.

The time, effort, knowledge, laughter and joy that each and every volunteer brings is what helps make Outback Bloom such a special event.

Thank you to every single person who gave their time, energy and heart. We simply couldn’t do it without you. 💛🌸
