Anyone keen to take a leisurely stroll around Mt Macedon this Sunday - Looking to fill a couple of sweep rolls, focusing on 50km but option to sweep first 30km or last 20km if 50km isn't your distance at the moment, send PM if interested.

With the Weather that has created havoc around Victoria over the past few months, and to a degree still happening, as if we didn't have enough challenges to deal with already. We have had to redesign our courses. ParksVic have been working very hard to clear tracks and make safe many locations, however for 2021 we have some changes and new scenery and dare i say some more elevation ( i knew you would like that ) woohoo. Please check the maps especially if you have run before, while the course will be marked, we don't want auto pilot kicking in and taking you down a track we don't use this year.
Also a good time to remind you about the technical nature of the trails, take care, lots of rocks, roots, holes to avoid a rolled ankle.

Very excited to be getting back on Mt Macedon, may the weather gods be nice and make for an amazing day for all - we miss our running friends and watching them achieve personal goals.

After a long break from the trails its great seeing events happening all over Victoria - with so many to choose from as runners we are truly spoilt. An amazing weekend at Mt Macedon. The weather was most unlike Macedon's norm on race day but lived up to its reputation leading up to and immediately following.
I big shout out to all who made it up for the run, we hope you took some magic home with you. Of course we cant help create that magic experience without the support of runners and volunteers. So thanks to you all for making it a great weekend. A special shout out to the Melton City Runners and Volunteers who supported the event in numbers.
