IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - PLEASE READ ALL
July 4th Yarra Valley event.

Over the past few months we have kept our eyes and ears on every piece of relevant information regarding Covid-19, government and business regulations. We still wait daily for new information that can and will affect our business and our ability to put on epic events for all the little devils out there itching to get in the mud and have some fun.

Whilst we have heard it may be possible to have an outdoor event of up to 500 participants in the upcoming months (which is very promising), we have made the decision to cancel the upcoming Yarra Valley event.

We feel that going ahead is not a responsible thing for us to do in the current climate and we would rather wait until we feel it's a safer time for us to resume.

This decision is not taken lightly and it's not something we have ever done before, it's been very tempting for us to postpone this event again but considering the current financial position of many families and the uncertain times ahead, we thought cancelling and refunding the best course of action for our customers.

We will begin processing refunds in the next few days. Funds can take up to 10 business days to be seen in your account so please allow up to 15 days for the process to be complete.

The good news is, we are not done. We are resilient and we will be back! As soon as we feel it is safe and we find a date that works for us and Yarra Valley Racing, we will hold an event in this beautiful part of Melbourne.

We are still tentatively looking at our usual venue of Pakenham Racing Club in early October. Decisions on this will be made as more information comes from the health authorities and we see consecutive days of zero Covid-19 community transmission.

Finally, to all of you that have stayed so patient and hopeful with us, we thank you. We are very humbled to have such an understanding and amazing customer base.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
As you would be aware, Australia and the rest of the world are facing an unprecedented situation due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus (Covid-19). As a result, the Prime Minister and state leaders have recommended that all non-essential gatherings of more than 500 people, be suspended to help reduce the spread of this virus.

Our primary focus is and always will be the health and safety of all participants, spectators, staff, volunteers and vendors. Unfortunately, this means that our upcoming Muddy Hell event in Yarra Valley on Saturday 4th April will be postponed.

After conversations with the Yarra Valley Racecourse, we have discussed an alternative date for the event being Saturday 4th July 2020. While the situation remains fluid, it is increasingly difficult for us to predict if a future date will be feasible and it will depend on how the direction unfolds.

We will continue to follow the advice of the Australian Government and health officials and revise the new date as it gets closer.

We are 100% committed to holding an event in the Yarra Valley and will work hard to make it happen sooner or later.

All registered participants will be automatically deferred to the new date, with no action required by you at this time. We recognise this date change may not suit everyone and we are happy to transfer your booking to a future event which suits or offer an open-ended credit to use for any future event of your choosing.

We understand this is a challenging time for everyone, but if you have any questions or concerns, please email us at [email protected]. We also ask for your patience as we are diligently working through these changes as quickly as we can.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your patience as well as our genuine disappointment in having to postpone this event. This action is the responsible thing to do and is in the best interest of the wider community.

MUDDY HELL KIDS + TEENS
4th April 2020 | Yarra Valley, VIC

Our early bird tickets end next Sunday at midnight, so you have one week to register before the price goes up.

Muddy Hell is heading to the Yarra Valley Racecourse with our muddiest and most fun obstacle course to date.

With a 2km course for the kids and a 4km course for the teens, we'll have them running, crawling and climbing their way through mud, inflatables and obstacles to earn their very own Muddy Hell medal.

Our kids course is recommended for ages 4 to 12 and we encourage parents to run along, take photos and cheer their little devils on (no ticket required for parents or spectators).

Our teens course is recommended for ages 12 years and older and parents are welcome to join the teens on course (in the mud), but they will need to purchase a teens ticket. Spectators are free.

So get a team together, lock in our best price and we'll see you in hell.

A. We've scouted the venue and the team have given us the green light to dig (almost anywhere) so it's pretty safe to say, this is going to be one of our muddiest if not the muddiest events we've ever had!

MUDDY HELL KIDS + TEENS

Registration is now open and our early bird special will be available until Sunday 16th February 2020 @ Midnight.

Muddy Hell will have our famous 2km kids obstacle course and for the very first time ever, we'll be creating a 4km teens obstacle course that will have your kids running, crawling, climbing and carrying their way through mud, inflatables and water to get their very own Muddy Hell medal.

The dust has now settled and the course is all packed down!

We are blown away by the generosity of all of you who donated a gold coin or notes to the bushfire appeal at parking and in the merchandise area.

It's because of your generosity we were able to raise and donate $2,585 to the Victorian Bushfire Appeal.
