Hi All, I’ve invited friends and family along to my new venture where you can follow and watch the progress as I develop a Boutique camping retreat and Events space here in beautiful Mission Beach, Far North Queensland.
It’s early days and there is a lot of work, BUT we have 5 sites booked this weekend and I’ll be able to take photos and upload progress pics and videos here.
I’ve 8 black fingers and 2 black thumbs and this is by far the hardest project I have undertaken to embark on. We have 3 acres backing onto beautiful rainforest that is divided by a large natural lagoon. There are big plans in place to develop this into a retreat space for campers as well as host many fabulous events and eventually weddings.
It’s like faulty towers meets funny farm. With no farming background I’m also undertaking keeping a small array of livestock. Oh and will be harvesting the 32 fruit trees we have onsite.
Please share with friends and family you know travelling Australia and would want to save our campsite to stop in or even follow the progress. Or perhaps friends in Townsville and Cairns want a Long weekend away.
Creative marketing ideas are up my sleeve to get this fabulous niche business out to my target market. You’re in for a treat.
