A good cue should bring you closer to the body, not further into your head.
That matters whether you are teaching the room or practicing inside it.
Beautiful language isn't always useful language.
Sometimes students need less poetry and more direction.
Where to support.
Where to adjust.
Where to stop.
Clear cues create a safer practice because they make the next choice easier to feel.
And that's the point.
Not to sound wise.
To help the body understand.
