meet the team. 1985 edition.
philoxi started as something that was mine. a dream to do what i love, with the freedom to have babies and build a family at the same time.
somewhere along the way, it became ours.
these women have changed my life. they’ve taken the ideas in my head and helped me make them real. they’ve believed in philoxi, pushed it forward, and given so much of themselves to what we’re building together.
what we’ve built is so much more than i ever imagined.
philoxi, at its core, is about people. and it starts here. with us. my people.

VANESSA — owner & creative director
i’m trying to put myself out there more, so naturally an 80s version of myself felt like the best way to start. i care a lot, have annoyingly high standards and will absolutely lose sleep over an idea. i find inspiration everywhere. fashion, art, music, interiors. my love for beauty runs deep, but it’s the people i get to create for, and create alongside, that make any of it matter.
MON — planner & coordinator
my right hand woman and pocket rocket. there is nothing this woman isn’t across. she thinks ahead, has a plan for everything and is the person i trust to keep all the moving parts moving.
TAHLIA — designer & stylist
the newest to philoxi, but you’d never know it. we think so similarly that sometimes very few words are needed. she understands the vision, pushes it further and has very quickly become such an important part of how we create.
MATILDA — lead stylist
my og. she’s been beside me from the beginning, believing in philoxi and saying yes before we knew where any of this would take us. she brings the best energy to every event and will always find a way to make something happen.
SAB — coordinator & stylist
my sounding board, my cheerleader and the person i want beside me when there’s a problem to solve. she has a way of bringing clarity to everything. also responsible for some of the most unhinged car rides to events.
