This is what my day looks like when I’ve got classes on both ends — morning through night.

Always making time for my coffee first, plus a bit of gratitude journaling to set my day up right. Then straight to studios, back to back. Lunch break, walk the dogs, bit of fresh air. One final class before the day is done. Dinner, cuddles, my wind-down, toothbrush, lights off.

Still beats a 9 to 5, any day.

Staying consistent, staying committed, and as balanced as I can be with work, rest, and play.
