The Swiss Club of Victoria, after extensive renovations, is opening their club restaurant again with a new team. Finally, after a long wait, authentic Swiss ambience and food in the heart of Melbourne. The Edelwyss Bistro and Bar, the place for everything Swiss 🇨🇭 opens its door on 24 October.

* * * SWISS ALPINE FESTIVAL 2023 * * *

Save the Dates! Yes, PLURAL! Saturday 25.11. & Sunday 26.11.23

The Swiss Alpine Festival will run over two days this year and feature elements around the most loved (alpine) festivals and Christmas markets in Switzerland.
Location: The Pig & Whistle, Main Ridge, VIC (same as last year)

While we are working hard on organizing all the bits and pieces, we'd love to call out to anyone who would love to be part of it and give us a hand this year!

As a non-for profit organization, we rely on sponsors and volunteers! We are also on the lookout for exciting stallholders (food), market stalls (crafts, art, food) and entertainers (music, kids entertainment, storytellers). Of course all with keeping the Swiss Vibe in mind!

SRF is looking for returnees for TV-documentary «SRF bi de Lüt Heimweh»

Are you a Swiss person living abroad and planning to return home to Switzerland? Or vice versa: Do you return after a long stay in Switzerland back to your country of origin?

In the 5th season of the TV-documentary «SRF bi de Lüt Heimweh» we accompany people while they are packing up, saying goodbye to their former home and moving to Switzerland to start a new live here.

We will be producing five episodes of 45 minutes each and it will be screened in May 2023. The filming will take place between December 2022 and May 2023.
