ISCW Wyndham LIfe Activities CLUB The WLAC is a sub committee of the ISCW. Our aim is to provide activities for people 45 years and over. Contact reception 97411225 for further information

To join the activities that are provided by the Wyndham Life Activities, people must become financial members of the Italian Sports Club of Werribee. @ $10 per annum. As a member, you able to access the facilities of the Club for any of the WLAC activities. You are entitled to 10% discount at the ISCW.

The weekend is over, time to get some order into our lives.

Today you can play dominoes or you can exercise.
This afternoon you can meet Lorna at the Werribee Cinemas @ 3.15pm for “Practical Magic 2”
Tuesday is Pilates, time to reflect on core strength and flexibility @ 11.00am.
On Wednesday, some choose to play cards, while others are bootscooting @ 10.00am.
Thursday is exercise class @ 11am, always followed by coffee.
Some choose Mahjong, which is a game of strategy.
There is also a Caravan group, 2 Book Clubs and a Sunday walking group, as well as an extensive range of books in our library.
We are friendly, warm and welcoming.
Our activities are based from the Italian Sports Club, 601 Heaths Road, Werribee.
