๐ŸŒˆ Happy Pride Month

Pride Month is a time to celebrate LGBTIQA+ communities and recognise the ongoing work needed to build a more inclusive and welcoming place for all.

As part of this, weโ€™re developing our first LGBTIQA+ Action Plan, turning our commitment into action. Thank you to everyone in our community who shared feedback. Your voices are helping shape the plan as we move towards finalising it.

This Pride, weโ€™re proud to be taking steps forward together. Letโ€™s keep listening, learning and supporting one another to create a community where everyone feels they belong.

Today is World Ocean Day ๐ŸŒŠ๐ŸŒ

The ocean plays a vital role in keeping our planet healthy.

โœ… It helps keep the Earth cool by absorbing heat and carbon from the air.
โœ… Tiny ocean plants produce about half the oxygen we breathe.
โœ… The ocean supports wildlife, connects countries and keeps natural systems working.

What we do on land matters. Rubbish, chemicals and paint can wash into drains, flow into rivers and end up in the ocean harming marine life and habitats.

You can help by using less plastic, putting rubbish in bins and never pouring chemicals, oil or paint down drains.
