Camberwell Volleyball Long established weekly volleyball competition for all ages (14+), genders, and skills; played every Wednesday Evening in Camberwell. Why?

What is important is maintaining friendly competitiveness, with mix and match occurring so no team feels defeated or uncompetitive; we are probably the friendliest and least intimidating volleyball competition in Melbourne. Sporadically we have free optional

professional coaching to get you started or to keep you tuned. The games origins still stand to this day. Volleyball (originally Minonette) was created in 1895 by a USA YMCA PE teacher. As basketball also had just started, Volleyball became the less vigorous yet active non contact team sport for those not so aerobic or youthful. Volleyball is now the most participated indoor sport in the world, with 80 million weekly players.

....Happy New Year Players...
Volleyball restart on Wednesday the 1st of February 2023. Unfortunately the gymnasium floor has not been repaired, therefore we will continue with one game per hour.
