Strengthening our partnership with Coopers at Drinktec 🍻

We’re excited to share that Coopers Brewery Ltd, Australia’s largest independent family-owned brewery, has confirmed an order for a GSI 300-06-772 at Drinktec — their second GEA separator following the successful integration of a P&W 50i in 2023.

The new unit, complete with GEA Centrifuge Water Saving Unit, Remote Access, and GEA InsightPartner® Separation Monitoring which features a special steam-cleanable design, offering clear technological advantages and supporting the brewery’s high standards for hygiene and energy efficiency.

A big thank you to the Coopers team — Michael Shearer and Tim Blight — for their trust, and to our colleagues Jaco Coetzee and Wolf Herberg for their dedication to making this project a success.

🌟 Join Us at the 2025 CIBD Asia Pacific Convention! 🌟

Visit our booth Bronze 6 at the IDB event to reconnect with friends and colleagues and discover the latest in brewing and distilling. The theme is “Adaptability – Crafting great beverages in a changing market,” with sub-themes like innovation and quality.

Such a good time getting the Plug & Win 50 up and running for Johann and John at Boxer Brewing this week. Thank you so much for the free tasting session and awesome time spent in the new sports bar. The “frost shelf” on the bar is an absolute master stroke. Cold beer from top to bottom. What more could you ask for? Complimented perfectly with your tasty beers passed through a GEA centrifuge of course.

Smiles all round. It was a great few days commissioning the GEA Plug & Win 50 with Inline Carbonation at Jetty Road Brewery. Awesome team. Awesome venue but most importantly, awesome beers. Cheers crew!

Finishing off the year with the install and commissioning of a second, bigger, Plug & Win skid for Mountain Culture Beer Co. The perfect upgrade to compliment the new GEA Brewhouse that was installed earlier this year. Plug & Win 180 with inline carbonation. Building and strengthening relationships is another one of our best qualities. Onwards.

Last August GEA Australia had the pleasure of installing and commissioning a GEA Plug & Win 100 centrifuge skid with inline carbonation at Bright Brewery. The results spoke for themselves. Beer in bright tank and ready to package 30 mins later. All resulting in faster turn around from fermenter to bright tank. And perfectly carbonated and clarified to Bright Brewery’s high quality standards. Another great result.
