EP 1: HOW TO CONFIGURE YOUR EVENT

The beauty of a blank canvas venue means there are endless possibilities… but we know sometimes that can make it a little harder to picture where to begin.

So, we’re helping you visualise it!!

This week, we transformed Vita Events into three different configurations using our rectangle tables! Each designed with larger, fully seated celebrations in mind.

These are just three of the many ways our space can be configured. Every event is different, and our space is designed to adapt with you, your guest numbers and the way you want your celebration to feel.

All these configurations shown are fully customisable!

Each week we’ll be showing you different configurations for all types of events, whether that’s cocktail, mixed seating, etc!

We have the option of rectangle and round tables to play around with so STAY TUNED!

The doors are back open! A space we’ve called home for the past four years, now reimagined for all the moments still to come.

Finally the wait is over our doors are now open! For four years, these walls have held so many of your moments.

Weddings, engagements, birthdays, christenings, families coming together to celebrate the moments that matter most.

We are proud to say after closing for 2 months our Melbourne blank canvas venue has been completely renovated, bringing together elegant, contemporary and industrial design while keeping the feeling that has always made this space ours, a place to call home.

A new chapter for our space, but the same heart behind it.

THE COUNTDOWN IS ON!!!

Here’s a little site update! We are finalising some projects in our Beer Graden including our very own OUTDOOR BAR! Let’s just say it’s going to be a VIBE 🕺🏻

22nd of August is our first available tour date! It’s almost fully booked out, so if you’re looking to host your event with us and want to take a tour, visit our website and fill out our enquiry forms!

Behind the renovation: Ep 4

Every week gets closer to being able to share our beautiful space with you!! This week we’re tackling the outdoor area! We have always loved this space and really wanted to make it a vibe, especially as the weather starts to get warmer!!

Stay tuned as we will be buying some plants, hanging lighting and building some really cool structures, to give our outdoor space that wow factor!

Behind the renovation: Ep 3

We’re so excited to finally reveal what the inside is looking like!! Honestly it feels like a completely different venue! It now has such an elegant touch to it and has definitely exceeded our expectations!

(How cool is the glass door btw!!)

The final countdown is on, there is still some finer details on the inside to do and construction has now begun on the outside!

We can’t wait to share this space with you and we’re looking to start booking tours mid August to hopefully reopen in October!

A little sneak peek because we can’t keep it to ourselves any longer. 👀

There’s been a lot happening behind the scenes lately. From paint samples and plans spread across the table to deliveries arriving and big decisions being made.

We’re still keeping most of it under wraps, but it’s exciting to finally start sharing bits and pieces with you all.

A NEW ERA OF VITA EVENTS IS COMING!

For the past four years, Vita Events has been a place where families, friends and loved ones have come together to celebrate life’s most special milestones. Every celebration has become part of our story.

As a family-owned business, family has always been at the heart of everything we do. It’s the reason Vita Events was created and the reason we continue to love what we do today.

Over the years, we’ve made small improvements to the space, but behind the scenes we’ve been dreaming, planning and workshopping something much bigger.

That’s why we’ve been a little quiet on socials lately.

We’re officially beginning a complete transformation of Vita Events, creating a whole new experience and atmosphere for the next generation of celebrations.

While the space itself is changing, our core values remain exactly the same: family, love, connection and most importantly, being the space where people can come together to celebrate.

Along with a completely reimagined venue, we’ll also be introducing new packages, inclusions and experiences designed to make celebrating with us even more special.

Our doors will temporarily close as we bring this vision to life, with Vita Events set to reopen in late 2026.

This is an incredibly exciting chapter for our family and our business, and we can’t wait to share more of the journey with you.
