Introducing

I grew up in restaurants. Both families from my parents side are in the hospitality industry. There I've learned about my passion of food; the combination of flavours, the art of baking, the importance of technique and timing. I moved in Australia when I was still a young lad and worked with some amazing chefs who helped me expand my knowledge to other cultures and styles. I've been involved in the pizza catering scene for over 10 years and in the last 10 years I've decided to jump into another adventure installing a woodfire pizza oven directly inside an Iveco. Since then, the word has spread around and we keep growing the business year by year.

At deliciously yours artisan chocolate we create memorable chocolate experiences to be enjoyed with family and loved ones. We source locally where possible and like to engage with our suppliers and get to know them and the stories behind their products. We keep our creations free of artificial flavours, colours and preservatives because we believe that the chocolate and ingredients should stand out on their own. All of our chocolates are handcrafted in the Inner West, Sydney.

Unique Plant based offering: Whilst there is a huge variety of plant-based chocolate on the Market, most of it is dark chocolate. After experimenting with various recipes and also running a survey with plant-based consumers the deliciously yours plant-based white chocolate bars were born! The ingredients are minimal, exciting, luxurious and creamy.

This accreditation ensures that individuals who need to eat gluten-free or those with coeliac disease can eat with confidence.
Dave attended Ramen school in Japan and learnt the technical skills needed to make this traditional Japanese dish.

Their son Damien diagnosed with coeliac disease 15 years ago. Determined to recreate a gluten-free version of this popular Japanese dish Dave adjusted authentic restaurant quality ramen recipes to be gluten-free and conveniently sold at markets and events. The dream of Iron Ramen became reality.

Introducing

Denise McDonald makes functional ceramics. She made her start in the craft of clay as a young girl who was consistently supplied with the material to keep her occupied. “I think the seeds were sown for this obsession back then. I also remember finding a clay deposit on a bush walk on a family holiday and making rather sloppy ashtrays for my (then smoker) parents.”
Since then, Denise has trained in potteries in England and Australia as well as completing a TAFE diploma and a design degree. She uses time honoured skills and new innovative techniques to make art for everyday living - functional ceramics. Denise works solo in her small Randwick studio.
Denise’s work currently divides into 2 main streams; slab built tableware utilising embossed heritage textures such as a 100 year old flannel flower pattern and wheel formed pieces that rely on simple form having evolved from restaurant commissions. Many times these streams overlap. High quality glazes with depth and bold colour over durable stoneware are a feature common to both.

Jo Illustrates! is a project by an artist from Sydney’s Inner West.
She uses Copic markers and ink pen to create colourful illustrations that capture the ‘ugly’, ‘other’ or ‘forgotten’ in the environments in which we live, work and play.
Jo believes that by connecting people with places evokes a sense of nostalgia and community, that with the rapid redevelopment of our suburbs may not be there much longer.
