Taste of the Levant returns to Cabin Fever with Inara Busselton serving up a vibrant shared feast inspired by Lebanon, Syria, Turkey, Cyprus and beyond. Think seasonal dishes designed for passing plates, topping up glasses and settling in for long conversations with good people.

This year, INARA teams up with Fermoy Estate with senior winemaker Jeremy Hodgson guiding guests through celebrated Chardonnay and Cabernet pairings from the heart of Wilyabrup.
