🔥 Pork & Pinot at Borrello Vineyards

Sunday sunshine, Pinot flowing and the hibachi firing - Pork & Pinot was one very tasty winter arvo at Borrello Vineyards. 🍷

Alex Turner of KITH Eatery and Taylor Bradley of Weir's Butchers served up an Italian-inspired feast to celebrate the release of Borrello’s new Pinot Noir. Cured meats, charred seasonal veg, pork neck spiedini straight off the hibachi and a seriously stacked porchetta panini, all enjoyed alfresco with live tunes. A Sunday well-spent!

🔥 de'cadent at De'sendent Margaret River

The day began in the forest, foraging for hedgehog mushrooms. By evening, they had found their way into a beautifully crafted risotto.

For one unforgettable night, Brian Cole and Evan Hayter showcased the best of Margaret River and WA through exceptional local produce, layered with Brian's bold West African influences. Every dish celebrated the connection between place, season and culture.

🔥 POLARITY at Vasse Felix.

Rules were off the table. 🍷

We started with dessert wine, which told us everything we needed to know about the night ahead. Across five courses, rich met bright, silky bumped into sharp, and Vasse Felix wines found some seriously unexpected dinner dates. Plates disappeared, glasses clinked, and the room filled with that happy hum of people being proved deliciously wrong.

🔥 Cheese Toastie Battle at Strange Brew Wine Bar .

The grills were hot, the competition was fierce and the people spoke! The Cheese Toastie Battle served up golden, gooey creations packed with flavour, generous fillings and plenty of friendly rivalry. There were plenty of laughs, countless cheese pulls and, somehow, not one... not two... but THREE shoeys.

The crowd tasted, debated and crowned The Common the people's champion 👑

A huge thank you to all of our incredible contestants: The Common , Normal Van Food , Blaze Young , Boranup Forest Cafe and Pip&Co Cowaramup for bringing their A-game and serving up some seriously delicious toasties.

Huge thanks to everyone who came along, ate well and brought the energy. Same time next year? 🔥

🔥 Disco Juice Vol. 3 at CBCo Brewing Margaret River 🪩

Glitter. Great beers. A dance floor that didn't stop.

DJ LS disco kicked things off before Dancing In Space , DJ Charlie Bucket and Rok Riley kept the party rolling late into the night. Disco Juice beers were flowing, outfits were outrageous, and the energy was next level. 🕺

This wasn't your average bingo night.
Confetti cannons, dance-offs, big prizes, glow sticks and non-stop laughs turned Shelter Brewing Co into one giant party, with the Bingo Loco crew bringing the energy from start to finish.

🔥 Fireside Bottomless Brunch at Xanadu Wines .

Bottomless Yering Station Grapefruit Spritz, mulled wine by the fire, generous grazing boards showcasing the best South West produce, and DJ Dan White setting the soundtrack for a long, lazy brunch. A slow winter morning done right. 👌
