Important information for Phoenix League COVIDSafe procedures. Please read
With the Greater Brisbane Lockdown being lifted, Phoenix League will cautiously be proceeding as planned tomorrow night. Phoenix League operates under Easts Volleyball's COVID policies which can be found here: https://www.eastsvolleyball.club/covid-19.
Phoenix League will be operating with the following restrictions (Rounds 8-10):
All participants are required to wear face masks to avoid transmission
No participant will be permitted to enter without a mask being worn
Masks may be taken off during gameplay but must be worn when not on court including duties (except for First and Second Referee)
Participants may only enter the venue 10 minutes prior to their scheduled commitment (duty or match) and must leave 5 minutes after their commitment (the time indicated on the draw is start of warmup)
Spectators are discouraged from coming for at least the next two weeks
For spectators, please maintain a distance of at least 1.5m
QR Check-In continues to remain compulsory before entry - please show your sign-in to the Spectator Manager present
Please maintain social distancing and hand hygiene
Duty teams are required to sanitise the courts after the match with the help of the referees
This includes the match ball, nets and scorer's bench
There will be zero tolerance for abuse of staff. Abuse of any kind will lead to expulsion from the venue.
If you are experiencing symptoms, feeling sick, or have been to the current exposure sites in Brisbane (https://www.qld.gov.au/.../current-status/contact-tracing), do not attend. Phoenix League reserve the right to refuse entry, or expel, those who fail to follow the conditions of entry, or breach COVID Safety Protocols as stated above.

The lockdown placed on Greater Brisbane has been lifted (as of Saturday 3 July 2021 - 6pm). Restrictions continue across Greater Brisbane to reduce the risk of community transmission of COVID-19. Social Distancing requirements have now reverted back to 1 person per 4 square metres.
