Thinly sliced pork is marinated in achiote, spices and chilies, then stacked high on the vertical spit. ¡HOLA AMIGOS! 🇲🇽

Introducing LA MEXICANA, a festival celebrating Mexican flavour, culture and colour, arriving this March in Brisbane and Sydney alongside MARGARITA WEEK presented by 🍋‍🟩

The festival will welcome Michelin Guide-recommended taqueria , the Mexico City institution made famous by Netflix’s Taco Chronicles... Making its first Australian appearance. El Vilsito’s chefs will travel from Mexico City to  and , transforming both waterfront precincts into live taquerias and serving their legendary tacos exactly as they are in CDMX.

Guests are invited to embark on a culinary journey centred on El Vilsito’s iconic tacos al pastor, prepared with the same techniques, flavours and tradition that have earned global acclaim. Across both precincts, a lively program of music, atmosphere and entertainment will bring the spirit and energy of Mexico’s streets to the waterfront.

Two stops, across four weekends.
