Traders have always been an important part of RahCon. Now that the date that RahCon 2020 would have been held has gone, we’d like to encourage you to support the traders who would have had stalls at the event.

RahCon 2020 would have had it’s largest amount of traders ever. If you are in a financial position to do so, please consider what you might have purchased at RahCon 2020 and perhaps purchase something from one of the traders online instead. If you can’t afford to do so, then maybe give a trader a like or follow. In these difficult times, we need to support the community that makes conventions like RahCon so special.

Stay at home where possible, stay safe, stay connected and look after each other.

It is with great sadness that we announce that the RahCon 2020 Pop Culture Convention has been cancelled. This decision has been made based on the advice of government that non-essential, organised gatherings of 500 or more people can no longer go ahead in response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

We’d like to thank all of the sponsors, traders, guests and those whom were intending to volunteer or attend RahCon 2020. Thank you to all people who have supported RahCon since 2014.

If you have purchased a pre-sale ticket, you will be refunded.

Traders who have already paid for their stalls, you will be refunded.

Please be patient as we work through all of this. We are a small team and the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre has more events than just RahCon that may be affected by COVID-19.

If you could please share this news of RahCon 2020 being cancelled with anyone who may have been intended to go to RahCon 2020, we’d appreciate it.

Have you always wanted to present a panel at RahCon? For the first time ever, RahCon is opening up Community Sector panels to... well... the community! Submissions are now open for Superhero themed panel proposals.

Perhaps you represent a fan group? Or you're a veteran cosplayer? Maybe you are a content creator with a huge social media following? Or have a PHD in pop culture?

There are limited panel slots available and panels will be selected based on our overall programming to present a diverse range of panels representing different topics and elements of pop culture by experienced and knowledgeable panelists. Panels may have between 1 - 3 panelists (including a moderator) who are 18 years of age or older, be 30 minutes long and must relate to RahCon 2020's theme of "Superheroes".

TRADER UPDATE: In record time all stalls for RahCon 2020 have been applied for!

If you want to be added to the wait list (in case of application rejections, cancellations etc), please apply ASAP! If new space becomes available it will be offered to wait list applicants in order of application time.
