The Maleny Music Festival returns to the beautiful Maleny Showgrounds from 6–8 November 2026, bringing together an exciting and diverse lineup of folk, roots, acoustic, blues, world, spoken word and community performers for another unforgettable weekend in the Sunshine Coast hinterland.

The 2026 program features an eclectic mix of established favorite's, & emerging performers including 8 Ball Aitken, Barleyshakes, Beerwah High School Band, Black Bird Hum, Bluegrass Barbie & The Ken Dolls, CJ Shaw and the All Sorts, Dirty Cello (USA), Echoes Of Cirque, Fin Zerner, Franz James and Bianca Jade, Fred Smith, Gabriella Salmon and the Acro Fairies, Georgie Neilsen, Good Tunes Band, Hayley Grace & The Bay Collective, Henry Catania, Hoozatt Entertainment, Ian Dearden, Ian Mackay, Isabel Rumble, Ivy Ballentine, Jacaranda Morris, Jamiesha, Joy of Singing Maleny, Karma Police, Kim Kirkman, Kris Mizzi, Lee Hardisty, Maggie Carty, Maleny Ukulele, Maltby Moore Heatwole, Mavis & The Man, Mou, Mouth Orchestra, Mundy-Turner, Noah Simpson Trio, Parados, Paul A. George, Pauline Maudy (with Robert Davidson), Pipin - Dead Song Society, Pirritu, Pocket Love Songs, Ragged Band Morris, Rain Of Animals (UK), Rebecca Wright, Siamaura, Sing, Song Session with Don Jarmey and Friends, Songwriters Circle with Sue Wighton & Lizzie Flynn, Sunshine Coast Wild Goose Qigong, The Fo'c'sle, The Hillbilly Goats Show, The Salty Sirens, The Tripsy Tipsy Gypsies, The Water Runners, Those Folk, Tom Harrington, Torin Peat and Vix and the Slick Chix.

The 2026 festival received the greatest number of artist applications in the festival’s history, with more than 430 acts applying to perform. With only a limited number of program spaces available, the selection process was incredibly competitive and difficult for the volunteer programming team.
