Tucked away behind the old oak trees just 3km out of Maffra you will find the iconic Mewburn Park Homestead. Always known as the party house for travellers passing through in the late 1800's, we continue the tradition starting from 2017. The gardens are lush with tranquil walkways, hidden spots that give the ‘perfect moment’ shot, old oak trees lining the breathtaking driveway and ponds that ooze
serenity. The birds swoop in front as you drive in, welcoming you to the sanctuary of Mewburn Park. The homestead is wrapped with a huge veranda, taking you back to the glorious 1920’s, while the servant’s quarters take you back even further to the colonial 1850’s. We also have the historic stables, which are simply stunning - full of rustic textures and character, making it the perfect backdrop for photos or even an open air reception. A clear view marquee (comes with festoon lighting, flooring, tables and chairs) gives you the chance of embracing the beautiful surroundings: the old stables, the lake, the mountains and some farm charm.
