Sharing the local love ❤️
Whoa what’s this… this ain’t toys. Well no. But. This is a post about Maclean and the people in it. Last year I did a post about how welcoming the community had been to us and our little toy venture. And honestly this year everyone has stepped up that little bit more
We have the most amazing customers that regularly come to the shop. Checking out what’s new and supporting local. We get calls checking if we have something first before they have to buy online.
We even had people checking in on us personally when another toy shop was opening nearby. Or when we had to close due to a family emergency.
But honestly the other business owners in Maclean always blow me away. Not only will you get amazing customer service but an array of goodies too. They support my small business and we all sort of work together rather then compete. We all visit and check in on quiet days.
So as my community service this year I am going to tag the businesses that have been there supporting us physically, mentally or financially with purchasing
Barney's Cafe and On the bite with out these two honestly what would be the point… they both have next level coffee, on the bite has the most amazing made from scratch foods, and Barney’s has like next level sweety treats.
Speaking of sweet treats. If pennyssweettooth doesn’t bring a next level of magic to Maclean I honestly don’t know. Every season the amazing decorations. And the lollies!! Personally I am partial to a caramel fudge or pink fish.
Speaking of magical if you have experienced the absolute soul deep pleasure of vroseapothecary do yourself a favour, just walking past I take a deep healing breath. A beautiful human inside and out.
I went away for a family break and bought my pretty dresses from C’est La Vie Francaise.
But there are so many options in Maclean for beautiful dresses!
I just ordered my Christmas prawns from Hooked On Seafood Maclean
And I am hoping to grab a kayak early in the new year for paddling the Clarence with my hubby. Where am I going the family owned Maclean Outdoors
Huge shoutout to our friends in TheCottage TakeAway aka the Backshop. Personal go to is a 1/4 chicken and chips with chicken salt… and luke can’t get enough fish bites
The lovely ladies from Maclean hot bread and cake kitchen. Keep us supplied with the freshest of bread and rolls.
But let us get back to the picture. This is the amazing The Green House Collective DIY wreath. I am soooo excited to be making this.
And last but certainly not least is the most beautiful lady in Maclean. Ta'Chele Australis
If you can’t find something for everyone on your list in this amazing shop… well you’re just not looking hard enough. The quality comes from years of experience. And the staff are just wonderful women.
I am just so grateful to be part of this amazing town.
And if I missed anyone I am so sorry.
