Mackay Rustic Hire & Events We specialise in unique party hire items to make your next event perfect.. Welcome to our page & Thank you for visiting.

I just wanted to give you a quick run down on what we are about. Basically we spent a fair bit of time & money sourcing unique rustic & vintage bits & pieces for our wedding, it seems a waste not to share them now we have them. Various items we brought new, second hand or made ourselves & we are now looking to hire them out to help you on your special day. Pick up is from Broadsound Road Paget, Mackay Queensland. We do deliver at a cost depending on the pick up & drop off location. Hire is usually day before event & 2 days after event, generally pick up Friday & drop off Monday. We will also require a damage security deposit on collection of goods which is calculated on the items value you hire, this is obviously fully refundable on return of the items. Please understand this is due to high value of the items. Please feel free to call or message me if you have any questions. An early 7am start for the Mackay Rustic team on Saturday, setting up this beautiful baby shower at the Botanical Gardens. 🤍

We couldn’t have asked for more perfect weather for such a special celebration! ☀️🌸

Everything came together beautifully, and as always, the photos just don’t do it justice — it looked even better in person!

On the 20th of June 2026, Carlin and Shaye exchanged their vows on the beautiful grassed area at Ocean International, surrounded by their family and friends.

💍 Congratulations to our beautiful bride and groom, Scott & Mimi, who tied the knot on Thursday, 18th June 2026, at the stunning property of Carla Shute Celebrant – Life in Bloom, located at 263 Le Gardes Road, Habana.
