Instead of chasing headliners, the founder of mapped the region by taste: vines on the hills, smoke from the grills, brewers in old sheds, growers at dawn.

He picked Gippsland because the makers were already building the show… he just gave them the stage.

🇮🇹 is getting ready and set for the weekend and brining their classic Pugliese flair to both the day and night session.⁠

By day, indulge in Pizza Romana (pizza slice), or classic panini, before you indulge in their classic (and frankly mind blowing) Tiramisu and super fresh Cannoli.⁠

By night, out comes the charcoal as they serve up their incredible “Agnello”; aka Sardinian marinated Cherry Tree Organic, charcoal lamb shoulder served Pugliese style with creamy valley potatoes and italian greens.⁠

Then, complete it with Zeppole (aka donuts) which happens to match really with a sold at the bar btw.⁠ ⁠

Of course .wines will be at the festival and we can’t wait to have them! 🍷
