Chocolate Winterfest, Latrobe

Chocolate Winterfest, Latrobe The inside scoop on a festival celebrating chocolate in and around the town of Latrobe, Tasmania Welcome to Chocolate Winterfest, Latrobe.

Chocolate Winterfest is Latrobe's wickedly delicious festival celebrating all things chocolate. Held each August, Chocolate Winterfest can be discovered in and around the town of Latrobe on the central northern coast of Tasmania. It is no coincidence that the Latin name for cocoa, from which chocolate is made, translates as "food of the gods". Some cultures even valued chocolate more than gold, an

d who could blame them. Just the mere mention of chocolate turns heads and that's what Chocolate Winterfest, Latrobe will do to you. Chocolate Winterfest, Latrobe will indulge, inform, astound, amuse but above all celebrate chocolate as you escape from the bleakness of winter. Be indulged by events individually or successively as you immerse in this chocolate experience. Don't deny one of life's pleasures - join us at Latrobe for this unique celebration.

Have you met our founder, Malcolm? 🍫

Malcolm is the creative force behind Rhuby Delights — our modern-day W***y Wonka with a love for bold flavours, real ingredients, and doing things a little differently.

From experimenting in the kitchen to perfecting every chocolate-coated ball, Malcolm’s passion shines through in everything we make. He believes great chocolate starts with great ingredients, a lot of curiosity, and a willingness to play around until something truly special is created.

Next time you bite into a Rhuby Delight, you’re tasting Malcolm’s vision — one delicious ball at a time.
